Customers do ask if they can deliver their items for repair directly to the factory. This is, of course, possible but we do ask you to contact us first by phone 0114 249 0969 to confirm our opening hours – (we are a factory – not a shop) and to make an “approximate time” appointment, as we do not have the facility for people just turning up unannounced.
How to get here – for those with Sat Nav programme S1 3GF
From M1 exit 33: - take the A630 (Sheffield Parkway) into Sheffield. As you reach Sheffield, at the large roundabout take the 3rd exit, which will take you past the main Railway Station. Follow the main road onto Suffolk road and at Europa Mercedes Benz garage bear right, taking the middle lane onto Matilda Street. Take the 4th left immediately before the Europa car park and we are the 2nd building on the left, a two storey red brick factory on the corner with Newton Lane. Look for “White Rose Works” on the building. Park in front of the garage.
